Responsible gambling
Effective Oct 7, 2026
Gambling should be entertainment, never a way to make money. In Nevada you must be 21 or older to gamble or loiter on a casino floor.
Stay in control
- Set a budget and a time limit before you start, and stop when you reach either.
- Never chase losses or borrow money to gamble.
- Take breaks, and do not gamble when stressed, low or after drinking.
Self-exclusion
Most Nevada casino operators run voluntary self-exclusion programmes that bar you from their properties and marketing. Ask at any casino security or players club desk, or contact the helplines below for guidance.
